Rehab is a sub-application within Health Authority (HA) mobile application: HA-Go - a one-stop mobile platform designed to improve patient experience in the overall healthcare journey. The Rehab sub-application focuses on providing a rehabilitation diary for the patient to keep track of their daily rehab programs (in the form of videos, mini-games or other tasks) as well as an easy way for their therapist to review their patient’s rehab progress.
Phase 2 final design
Landing Page
Upon landing the user could view their daily tasks and fulfil the task by tapping on the checkbox (If it’s an out of app task) or press the blue button on the left of the task to go to the corresponding training/video for completion. For trainings, the user could also press the “results“ icon on the right to view the results for that particular instance.
Rehabilitation Schedule
Therapy Video
Cognitive Training
Occasionally the patients would receive cognitive training in the form of minigames that they would have to complete. These games ranges from matching images to memorizing image sequences. For this phase of the project the users would only have to complete “N-Back Game” with either 1N or 1N difficulty.
You could try out the prototype by interacting with the interface on the right hand side.
